Membership Information

GRANBY RANCH CLUB MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

All home and homesite owners become Community Club Members upon closing of their home or homesite purchase, payment of the amenity fee and completing and signing the Application for Membership. Community Members and their families will have access to the Grange Hall and Pool, unlimited member access to downhill and Nordic skiing, 16 rounds of golf (four tee times), private fishing, use of trails and open space.

Community Members and their families may also become Premier Members with all of the above privileges, plus priority access to golf without greens fees and membership in the exclusive Mountain Club. Community Members pay no dues to the Club, except for special services and events, Homeowners pay HOA fees, which fund amenities, wildlife and trails maintenance and management of the Club.
