At 8,100 feet your drives will soar.
And so will your spirit.
The 18 hole, 7,200 yard, par 72 Nicklaus Redesign offers a challenging mountain golfing experience in a ranch setting. Headwaters's scenery - mountains, wetlands, trees, and meadows - make for a secluded golf getaway, where your biggest competition for the greens will come from the occasional elk, deer or grouse.
The perfect pastime
Winding its way through Granby Ranch is your own private river, where miles of shoreline are reserved for fishing some of the biggest cutthroat, brown and rainbow trout in Colorado. There's even a River Camp where you can spend a night under the stars and get to experience the great outdoors like never before.
Hiking and biking trails that stretch as far as your imagination
The area's extensive trail system extends over 5,000 acres reaching as far as Winter Park to the south. The hiking and biking terrain ranges from gentle rolling meadows filled with wildflowers to extreme down hill runs from the peaks of SolVista.
A ski area for those fueled by hot cocoa, not by adrenaline
Spread over two inter-connected mountains, the SolVista Ski Basin is the perfect family ski hill. The East Mountain's terrain is primarily beginner and intermediate, while West Mountain's terrain is primarily intermediate and advanced with limited beginner access. A separate learn-to-ski park features a surface lift for beginners.
Where your adventures will begin
Surrounding your home is a world of convenience and amenities. Base Camp is the center of the Granby Ranch community and your gateway to the great outdoors. The ski lodge, Grange Hall, pub, fitness facility and outdoor pool will all be just steps from your home.
