HOMEOWNER NEWSLETTER, April Edition

UPDATE FROM THE SALES TEAM

As many of you know, we kicked off 2010 with a bang! Since the first of the year, we've contracted 14 new sales at Base Camp One, 11 of which came to us in March. We're confident that "the word is out" about Base Camp One, and are optimistic that our sales momentum will carry through the year.

A special "Thank You" to the Nolan and Letard families for referring the Jarvis and Granberrys. We are excited to be building a community of such friendly, like-minded young families, and encourage all of you to introduce Base Camp One to your friends and family. Not only will you be hand-selecting your neighbors, you and the family you refer will earn one year's worth of BCO Operating dues. Please remember that the GuestHouse is available for you to share with anyone who might be interested in visiting. The rental fee (and beer in the fridge) is on us; all we ask is that your guest pay the $175 cleaning fee. Email Amy Finch to arrange a reservation.

GRAND COUNTY: 4 SEASONS OF ADVENTURE

In chatting with many of you over the past few months, it's apparent to us that you're not all aware of the vast array of summertime activities available in Grand County. As most of the locals say "we came because of winter, but we stayed because of summer." So, we understand that the ski-in/ski-out location was probably what drew most of you to Base Camp One, but we think you'll find the summer season just as appealing once you discover the area. And we know you'll enjoy the fact that Base Camp One is in the center of it all!

In each homeowner newsletter, we'll introduce you to one or two of our favorite places in Grand County.

GRAND PARK COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER
One Main Street, Winter Park, CO 80482
Visit www.fraservalleyrec.org for summer activity schedules.

Just 10 miles from Granby Ranch in Fraser is the new Grand Park Community Recreation Center. Only three months old, the facility offers all kinds of family activities, from swim camps and dance classes to climbing walls and kids birthday party programs. They can even set you up with an American Red Cross Certified babysitter.

EVENTS

We hosted two homeowner gatherings in the Base Camp One GuestHouse this season. We enjoyed visiting with homeowners, renters, and guests considering purchase of a BCO residence. For those of you who have been able to attend, it's been a pleasure getting to know you.

For those of you who have not been able to join us, we're planning a fun calendar of events for the summer season. So, there will be many more opportunities to come up and meet your neighbors. Your next homeowner newsletter will include dates and details of our upcoming plans. So we hope to see you all soon!
