UPDATE FROM THE SALES TEAM
We'd like to invite you to consider Base Camp One for your corporate retreats, management meetings, and business functions. A few of our homeowners have taken advantage of this opportunity and are finding the resort to be the ideal location for such events. Not only is the GuestHouse always available to you, but we would be happy to offer you VIP rates on any other residences you wish to rent. The Connection can help you with meeting space (in the Lodge or Grange Hall), meals, and entertainment. Your employees might not mind being in meetings for a few days if they could break up the work with a round of golf, bike ride through the mountains, or fly-fishing activity at Rivercamp.....
EVENTS
We'd like to invite you all to join us for dad's favorite summer cocktails and front row seats to the races - Saturday, July 17, from 4:00pm-6:30pm. There will be no better place to watch the action than from the GuestHouse patio (Unit 208). The favorite event of the weekend, the Cross country race, is scheduled that evening at 6:30pm, so after you've mingled with your neighbors, we can all head up the mountain to the VIP tent together. And as always, the more the merrier, so please feel welcome to bring your friends and family. R.S.V.P. to Amy Finch.
For those of you who came to our Family Fly-Fishing Clinic and BBQ at the Granby Ranch River Camp last Sunday, it was great seeing you! We hope you enjoyed Jeff's fishing tips and the perfectly-grilled brats (good job dad). Click the video below to see some of our favorite pictures from the day!

A few of our Base Camp One families have suggested that we put together a homeowner directory, so that you can all begin to connect with one another. Please email Amy Finch by Friday, July 16, if you WOULD NOT like your name and contact information to be included. Otherwise, we will assume that you are interested in participating.

The trails vary in their degree of difficulty, so don't be intimidated if you're new to the sport.
In fact, Granby Ranch offers 2 day camps for beginners, so consider this the perfect place to learn. All camp instructors are pro mountain bikers and guarantee you'll get to a new level of riding competence.
