HOMEOWNER NEWSLETTER, Fall Edition

FROM THE DEVELOPER'S DESK

We are continuing to make improvements at Base Camp One, including (1) cleaning up the landscaping, (2) adding iron brackets to the feet of the columns in the hearth room, and (3) re-tuning the garage door functions. If you have ideas of things we could improve, feel free to pass them along.

If you plan on spending time at Base Camp One over the holidays and you'll need extra beds for your guests, we encourage you to email us soon. We've already received calls to book the GuestHouse this winter. We'll also be continuing our Stay and Play Promotion this coming season. So, anyone who books a rental in a Base Camp One condo this ski season will receive 2 free ski tickets for each night of their stay. Visit the Alpine Resort Properties website for further details, and to reserve your accommodations.

MOUNTAIN-TOP BARBEQUE & CAMPFIRE

Our Labor Day BBQ at the top of SolVista Basin was a huge success! We spent the evening with over 60 homeowners and a handful of families considering joining the Base Camp One community.

We hope you all enjoyed Karl's fantastic BBQ, Dad's roaring campfire, the delicious s'mores, and Ranger Brad's presentation on the area (and information about the not-so-children-friendly wildlife).

UPDATE FROM GRANBY RANCH

The leaves are beginning to change in Grand County and the air smells of fall. So, come on up and enjoy the weather (before the first snow). Headwaters Golf Course, SolVista Bike Park, and Seven Trails Grille will be open for another couple of weeks (through the end of September).

As we approach the end of the year, Granby Ranch is pleased to announce a successful 2010. There have been 60 sales in Granby Ranch since January. This is significantly more transactions than the number at any other Grand County development. In fact, it's more than all of them combined.

(1) Winter Park Resort - 8 sales
(2) Grand Elk - 2 sales
(3) Rendezvous - 13 sales
(4) Lakota - 7 sales
(5) Grand Park - 9 sales
